DJ TOBY aka TOBYNATION aka the Techno Diplomat, is certainly a hard person to track down; this transcontinental techno icon has been everywhere from Japan, Australia, Germany, Finland, China, Taiwan, Singapore…the list goes on. DJ TOBY also released his first full-length album this summer, featuring artists like Kaori, Kabuto, and Supercruizer, among others. Ideas Agency Videos caught up with DJ TOBY right before he took stage on the last evening of the Rising Sun Rock Festival, to ask him his thoughts on what it’s like to be the one that brings the life to the party.
